This skin soother salve is 100% vegan and made with natural kokum butter. Crystallization may sometimes happen due to the nature of natural butters. We do not add chemicals or additives to prevent this. If your product starts to feel grainy, simply scoop out of tin & transfer product to microwave safe vessel & warm in the microwave (tin is not microwave-safe) for bursts of 15 seconds until fully melted. Then pour back into tin & pop in the fridge until fully cooled.
